Rooms: Neatly cleaned, but full of insects/mosquito's in bath room. Similar rooms available at much cheaper rates.

The hotel is not on main Arakashan Road, but it is situated in a bye lane; you will have to turn twice from Arakashan Road to reach the hotel.
Hot water not available. Even when I checked in the hotel, two customers were already complaining on unavailability of hot water in their room too.
Polypropelene made bathing seat is broken freom middle.
Unable to flush the toilet.
