Hotel outlook is good but Reception and hotel staff services are ZERO. Front desk is in-efficient in handing customer querries. Hotel is running a Spa at 5th floor, but it is locked all the day and the reception staff direct the customers to 5th floor, without verifying if the SPA people are there or not. One should avoid this hotel. NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY. OUR REQUEST TO SEE THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE HOTEL TO EXPRESS OUR PROBLEMS ON 24-10-2008 WAS DECLINED.
